Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (Baroweed.eu, Company ID: 08387915, registered office: Horní 86, Ostrava Hrabůvka) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) in the sale of goods through the online store at www.baroweed.eu.

The seller undertakes to provide products as described on the website, and the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price and accept the ordered goods.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
2.1 Orders can be placed via the e-shop website baroweed.eu.
2.2 By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions.
2.3 The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller via a confirmation email sent to the customer.
2.4 The seller reserves the right to refuse an order, especially if the goods are out of stock or due to other technical reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 Prices are listed including VAT.
3.2 Payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery
• Online payment gateway (if available)
  3.3 The purchase price must be paid before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Goods are shipped via a carrier to the address provided by the customer.
4.2 Delivery time is usually up to 3 working days unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Shipping costs are shown before completing the order.

5. Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
5.2 The customer must notify the seller and return the goods undamaged in original packaging.
5.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
5.4 The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1 A statutory warranty of 24 months applies unless stated otherwise.
6.2 The customer may file a complaint in case of defects.
6.3 Complaints must be submitted via email: [add email].
6.4 Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.

7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
7.2 Data will not be shared without consent, except when necessary (e.g. shipping).

8. Final Provisions
8.1 These terms are valid from 01.09.2024.
8.2 The seller reserves the right to change them.
